Our Staff

The Hope Center Uganda has an amazing in-country staff that runs the day-to-day operation on the ground in Mityana, Uganda. The staff is made up of local Ugandans who have a heart and passion for children and orphans, and who care deeply for every child that comes to the center. We have a group of caretakers who are working directly with the kids all day and night, a chef, a cook, a driver, a social worker, and a director.

Our US team consists of all volunteers who work on planning fundraising events, communications, child welfare plans, financial management, among many other things. Our Board of Directors is also all volunteer positions. We make sure that our donations go where they are needed most: the Hope Center in Uganda!
