Caretakers teach.
Many of our caretakers have some training in education or teaching. They make a point of providing great learning opportunities for the children. This involves practicing play-based learning of shapes, colors, the alphabet, teaching the children English, and so many other things.
Learn by doing.
The children are taught to share and play with each other nicely. Reading time encourages children to actively listen and start to learn to read themselves with age appropriate books and stories.
